Fernando Flores the former bodyguard of Britney Spears has sued the singer for alleged sexual harassment. Her lawyer did not comment on this, whereas, Kevin Federline's (Britney's ex-husband) lawyer called it 'baseless'. He said, "Flores’ accusations had been looked into before the legal action was filed and warranted no action."

The papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court by Flores claim that Spears made unwanted sexual advances to him, even after he denied her several times.

Flores went to an extent, to claim that he many times observed the singer hitting her sons with his belt and act in an awkward manner in front of him.

He added that she used to walk around the house naked in an attempt to lure him to bed.
