TV actress Ankita Lokhande, was recently eliminated from the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhla Jaa. The elimination wasn't shocking enough as, two other contestants of the show, who were also considered as strong competitors Krushna Abhishek and Yana Gupta were earlier eliminated.

Ankita and her choreographer Nishant have been eliminated with the help of audience votes. The judges of the show Madhuri Dixit, Malaika Arora and Remo D'Souza did not seem happy about the elimination.

Ankita was accompanied by Ragini Khanna, the Sasural Genda Phool actress, in the danger zone. According to sources, Ankita was quite upset due to her elimination and ran out of the sets while her boyfriend Sushant, who is also a contestant on the show, followed her to console her.

Later Ragini was heard saying, “How could I be eliminated?” Ankita had been a consistent performer from the beginning and was always appreciated for her performances. Sources have said that, Yana Gupta will be returning to the show via the wild card round.

When Ajay Devgn recently appeared on the sets of a reality show, he was requested to put off his cigarette by a production member. But instead of obliging he got angry and threatened to leave the set.

Ajay came on the sets of Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 4, to promote his upcoming release 'Dil Toh Bacha hai ji'. When the actor entered the sets he lit up his cigarette and this was when a production man came and requested him to put it off.

Ajay got furious and said “If you want me to put it out, I shall walk out. Do you want me here or no?” He resumed smoking and no one else then tried to mess with the actor.

According to an eye witness, Ajay also said that, he would leave the sets if he was not allowed to smoke. Rules are made for everyone, but seems like the stars have some special benefits. And so does Ajay.

The Chief Executive Officer of a software firm, Venugopal on Thursday night was arrested along with a Telugu actress. The two along with another man were arrested in suspicion of being involved in a prostitution racket.

Police are suspecting of a high profile prostitution racket with the help of the arrest. The top officials of the police are maintaining silence on the issue as they do not have enough evidence in the matter.

The police had raided a seven star hotel in Bengaluru from where the suspects were arrested. Police commissioner Shankar Bidari said, “Three months ago, I received information about a hi-tech prostitution racket in the city. I had directed Alok Kumar to look into the issue. The CCB might have conducted the raid, but haven’t given complete details.”

The commissioner also added that, as it is a national racket it may take some time to get the evidences through internet and other source in the country. The process can take some time before coming to a conclusion.

Producer and director, EVV Satyanarayana, of the Telugu film industry passed away on Friday night due to heart attack in Hyderabad. The 56 year old producer breathed his last in Apollo hospital at Jubilee Hills.

According to sources, Satyanarayana was suffering from throat cancer and was rushed to the hospital when his condition worsened. Apart from Telugu movies, he has also directed a Bollywood movie Suryavansham, starring Amitabh Bachchan and Soundarya.

Satyanarayana made his first Telugu film Chevilo Puvvu as a director in the year 1990. Hello Brother,Maa Nanaku Pelli, Premakaidi, Abbaiyigaru, Intlo Illalu Vantitlo Priyuralu are some of his noteworthy ventures.

Satayanarayan was the one who had introduced the actor Pawan Kalyan in the Telugu film industry, with the movie Akkada Abbai Ikkada Ammayi. He has left behind his two sons along with his wife Saraswathi. Thousands of his fans are grieving on the loss of a great director from the Telugu Film Industry.
