The most popular World Cup crazy girl, Poonam Pandey, who said that she would strip for the Indian Cricket Team, had recently in an interview confessed why she was hiding away. The 20 year-old model said that from the time she had announced to strip, she has been receiving threat calls.

Pandey said that she was scared for her life and this was the reason she wasn't coming out openly after the Indians came out victorious in the World Cup Finals. "I was getting calls from people, who were threatening me to bear the consequences," Poonam said.

Despite the threats, Poonam still insists that she would go ahead with the strip and she would definitely fulfill her promise. The Kingfisher calendar model is right now waiting for the BCCI to permit her to bare it all for the boys of MS Dhoni.

Poonam had reportedly written a letter to the BCCI officials asking permission to strip in front of the team. The model had even suggested that they select another country for the strip session as such things are not legal in India. Pandey had even suggested Paris as the venue of the strip session, where there would be no one to object the act.

Bollywood actor and comedian Anupam Kher's house was recently attacked by the activists of the Republican Party of India. The activists had reportedly pelted stones at the actor's residence, in protest of his remarks on the Indian Constitution.

The actor's house was attacked on Saturday in the evening. But the actor wasn't present at the house during the attack. A few window panes of the house in Juhu area in Mumbai, India had been broken during the attack.

According to the police, a team was sent at the spot and 11 people were arrested from outside the residence. Wile talking to reporters recently, Anupam had passed a few remarks against the Constitution of India.

The actor had spoken to the reporters while he had expressed his support towards the 'India Against Corruption' activist Anna Hazare. Anna Hazare's hunger strike had received support from all over the country in his fight against the corruption. Hazare had demanded for the inclusion of the members of the civil society in the drafting of the 'Jan Lokpal Bill'.
