In 1994 Oregon became the first state to legalize physician-assisted suicide. At the time, only Belgium, Switzerland, and the Netherlands had legalized the practice. ‘How to Die in Oregon’ tell the stories of those most intimately involved with the practice today — terminally ill Oregonians, their families, doctors, and friends — as well as the passage of an assisted suicide law in Washington State.

Girge is questioned by Narvi on the regrouping. He merely says he escaped from the enemy. However, this contradicts with Rygart’s eyewitness account. Nevertheless, he was disarmed and told not to go near his golem. Upon knowing that the Baldr were near his home, Rygart enters Delphine and leaps to search for his brother. When he arrives, he sees the villagers slaughtered. Borcuse discovers him and orders his men to halt. He wants a duel with Rygart alone. As the intense battle raged, Rygart lost when Borcuse kicked his golem, knocking him unconcious. General Borcuse orders that five golems are to strap him down.

This is suppose to be the 3rd installment of True Justice series. Seagal is after a serial killer in this film.
