Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor recently went through a minor surgery at the Breach Candy Hospital. After giving an applauding performance in the movie 'Rockstar' the actor underwent a back surgery.

The actor was under the observation of Dr. Rushad T Udwadia and was treating the actor who developed a sebaceous gland related cyst on his back. One of the close friends of the actor said that the surgery was a minor one.

Within a few hours the actor was up and the surgery did not interfere in his daily activities. Ranbir within a few hours of the surgery returned home and will soon be able to resume work.

Meanwhile, the shoot of the upcoming movie 'Barfi' was delayed for a few days due to the health of the lead actor. Actress Ileana, who is the co-star of Ranbir in the movie is down with food poisoning, but Ranbir is now free to start work any time. Talking about the cyst, one of the doctor's from the hospital said that such cysts are not dangerous but if not removed can cause a lot of discomfort.

Bollywood couple Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D'souza, after getting hitched in a traditional Marathi wedding, exchanged vows for the second time in a Church in Bandra area in Mumbai. On February 4, 2012 the two were seen in Christian wedding outfits and said 'I Do' in a ceremony in the Church.

Genelia is known to be a religious person and is raised in a Mangalorean Catholic family. Reports said that before the wedding ceremony some Christian ceremonies were performed at Genelia's residence.

The Marathi wedding was a star studded wedding that was open to all but the Christian wedding was a strictly private affair just for the close friends and family. The couple will today on February 4 also host a wedding reception at the Grand Hyatt which will be attended by the biggies of Bollywood as well as politics.

Yesterday's ceremony was attended by several Bollywood celebrities including Shahrukh Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Kajol, Ajay Devgn, Shahid Kapoor and many others.

British born actress Amy Jackson is the latest, to knock at the doors of Bollywood to become big in the industry. The actress is now all set to make her debut with the movie 'Ekk Deewana Tha', who started off as a beauty queen.

Jackson earlier won the Miss Teen Liverpool and Miss Teen Great Britain. Later the model also won the title of Miss Teen World in the year 2008 but then became the runner up in Miss England in the year 2010.

Amy won many modelling contracts but then made her acting debut and gave a complete u-turn to her career. The actress made her debut with a Tamil movie 'Madrasapattinam' in the year 2010. Amy in the movie 'Ekk Deewana Tha' plays the role of a Malayali Christian opposite actor Prateik Babbar .

The actress while talking about the movie said that they shot the movie in New York, Kerala and Chennai in India over five months. Amy added that her friends and family today find it hard to believe that she is a part of the Indian cinema.
